Very poor experience-(luckily resolved)

I ordered a carrier and they shipped me the wrong one of much less value. Upon emailing them, they told me that the one I had ordered was out of stock. They were extremely confusing on how/what they wanted to do to resolve it. I requested and sent a photo of an alternative carrier for them to mail me, which also showed was available on the website, which was $10 more expensive however I told them I would pay the difference and honestly assumed they would gave it due to the huge inconveniences. They said no , and then proceeded to tell me that one was also out of stock even tho it showed available on the website.
After much persistence on my end, they finally agreed to send me a replacement carrier, but sent me an Amazon link to select a color stating that Amazon stays more up to date with thier available stock then they actually do as a company. Which in my opinion is such terrible service considering you shop and pay for something that actually isn’t available. Anyways- they ended up sending me a carrier that I am not as happy with as I really loved and wanted the one originally ordered but I guess they resolved it. Moral of the story- if you want to buy a carrier from Boba just buy it one Amazon to save yourself the extreme headache of actually dealing with Boba

We LOVE our Boba carrier! Not only is the print adorable, but the carrier itself it very functional and comfortable. My baby is 1 now and he still loves to be worn in it. I’ve tried multiple different brands of carriers and Boba is hands down the best.

Boba Classic 4GS Carrier Dusk

I love this carrier, it's one of my favorites. However, I think I have to give it a 4 star rating because my only issue I have with this carrier is that there is not any head support. There's TONS of room at the top and just isn't supportive for small babies that don't have any/much head/neck controll(see photos.). I think this carrier is great for bigger babies that head complete head and neck control. My baby is 2 months old and 12lbs and I'm constantly holding his head and adjusting him so he isn't slouched over. Other than that, I really love this carrier and can't wait to use it when he's older and has complete head and neck control!
